¿A qué hora debería llegar a la ceremonia?
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Nuestra ceremonia empezará puntualmente a las 5:30 PM. Les recomendamos llegar a las 5 PM para asegurarse de encontrar El Higuerón a tiempo.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 5 PM, so you have plenty of time to find El Higuerón.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?
La ceremonia, la hora de cóctel y la recepción van a ser en los jardines del Biomuseo, pa’ no enredarse.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be located in the Garden of the Park of Biodiversity of the Biomuseo. Don’t worry, you won’t get lost.
¿Hay parking?
What's the parking situation?
Tendremos transporte saliendo desde el Hotel La Compañía en Casco Viejo. Compartiremos los horarios y el punto de salida más cerca de la fecha. Si prefieren llegar en su propio carro, contaremos con servicio de valet parking. Si no se están hospedando en Casco Viejo, les recomendamos pedir un Uber para que puedan disfrutar la fiesta al máximo.
We will have shuttle buses departing from Hotel La Compañía in Casco Viejo. Departure times and location will be shared closer to the wedding. If you prefer to drive, valet parking will be available. If you’re not staying in Casco Viejo, we recommend taking an Uber so you can fully enjoy the celebration.
¿Qué colores debería evitar?
Should I avoid any colors?
Para las mujeres, les pedimos evitar vestidos color chocolate, blanco o cualquier tono similar al blanco. Para los hombres, no hay ninguna restricción de color.
For the ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid chocolate brown, white, or any shade that closely resembles white. For the men, there are no color restrictions.
¿Puedo traer a alguien adicional (plus one)?
Do I get a plus one?
Queremos mantener nuestra celebración íntima y compartir este día con las personas que más queremos. Por eso, solo podremos recibir a las personas incluidas en la invitación. Si su invitación incluye un acompañante, estará indicado allí.
We’d love to keep our celebration intimate and share this special day with the people closest to us. For that reason, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted there.

Para los que no estén acostumbrados al calor de Panamá, les sugerimos usar vestidos de tela ligera (como el lino) para que estén cómodos durante el día de la boda. Para las mujeres, les recomendamos usar tacones con plataformas o flats ya que estaremos la mayoría del tiempo en el jardín.
For those who are not used to Panama’s weather, we recommend you to wear lightweight fabrics to be comfortable in the summer heat (and humidity!). For women, we also encourage you to wear block heels or flats given the uneven ground.
¡Bienvenidos a Panamá!
Nosostros nos conocimos en Panamá en cuarto grado. Por eso (y mucho más), decidimos casarnos aquí. Panamá tiene tantas cosas por ofrecer: excelentes restaurantes, atracciones turísticas y bucas playas pa’ relajarse.
We met in Panama City in fourth grade. Because of this (and so much more!), we decided to get married in this beautiful city. Panama has so many things to offer: excellent restaurants, tourist attractions, and bucas beaches to relax.

Nuestra boda va a ser en pleno verano panameño y va a ser al aire libre. Prepárense para el calor y la humedad que nos van a acompañar ese día. Pero tranquilos, que vamos a tener suficientes abanicos y brisa veraniega. Aparte de sus vestimentas durante la boda, les recomendamos empacar suficiente ropa ligera durante su estadía en Panamá.
Our wedding will be during Panama’s peak summer season, and it will be outdoors. For our international folks, brace yourselves for the humidity and heat that will accompany us during that weekend. Do not fret; we will have multiple fans throughout the venue, and the evening breeze will cool us off. Do not forget to bring lightweight clothing for the rest of your stay!

Les recomendamos llegar al Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen (PTY) en la Ciudad de Panamá. Asegúrense de reservar su vuelo lo antes posible porque los precios pueden subir exponencialmente. Desde el aeropuerto pueden tomar Uber hasta su hotel/Airbnb. Les recomendamos no usar taxis.
The best way to travel internationally is to fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City. Make sure to book your flight as soon as possible, as prices tend to increase exponentially and very quickly. From the airport, we suggest you take an Uber to your accommodations (we do not suggest taking taxis).

Airbnb is an excellent option. If you are considering staying at an Airbnb, but are unsure about where, do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Currency
Panamá usa el dólar estadounidense como moneda oficial. Las tarjetas de crédito son aceptadas en la mayoría de los lugares dentro de la Ciudad de Panamá (en todo el país), así que no hay necesidad de usar efectivo. Sin embargo, las tarjetas Discover no se aceptan en ningún lugar y AMEX casi no se acepta. Si viajan fuera de la Ciudad de Panamá, les sugerimos tener efectivo.
If you are coming from the US, you do not need to worry at all: Panama uses the US dollar as its official currency. Credit cards are widely accepted in almost every business, so there is no need to worry about using cash in Panama City. However, the Discover cards are not accepted in Panama, and AMEX is not accepted in many places. If traveling outside of Panama City, we recommend having cash on hand.

Una de las razones por la cuales decidimos hacer esta boda es para pasar tiempo con las personas que más nos importan. Por esto, el mejor regalo para nosotros es su presencia en nuestra boda.
Si quieren contribuir algo más, aquí abajo tenemos algunas cosas que nos faltan en nuestra casa o que son experiencias que queremos compartir juntos (como nuestra luna de miel!).
One of the main reasons we decided to have this wedding was to spend time with those who matter the most. That’s why the best gift you can give us is being at the wedding!
However, if you want to contribute anything else, we added some items that we are missing from our home or experiences that we would enjoy together (like our honeymoon!).
